SBI usually conducts their each Clerical, PO, SO and Associate Banks recruitment once in an year. And they come up with the eligibility criteria only along the announcement of each of those. That means the eligibility criteria is exactly similar for SBI PO and SBI Associate Banks PO.
Since IBPS restructured their exam pattern to two tier, there is a chance that SBI will also do the same. Recruitment authorities of public sector banks have been doing in a similar way only because of the huge volume of applicants. Even if SBI followed the two tier pattern, there would not be any change in the eligibility criteria, that is what the SBI officials say.

SBI & Associate Banks Clerical Recruitment 2015 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Degree is a must in any streams from a recognized university is the needed requirement of both SBI and its Associate Banks clerical recruitment. And it should be completed on or before the eligibility date provided.
Age Limit: 20-28 years (Relaxation for reserved categories is detailed in the image below.)
SBI & Associate Banks PO Recruitment 2015 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Degree in any stream from a recognized university which is just similar to what clerical posts needed.
Age Limit: 21-30 years
Note: We have been getting a lot of queries like, “i’m doing my final year b-tech, am i eligible to apply for SBI exams”. For that, the answer is NO. You should be completed your degree courses with out any back papers to apply for SBI exams. And if you neglect it and applied, all the documents will be verified by the authority in the next phase after the written examination.
SBI SO Recruitment 2015 Eligibility Criteria
Different from SBI Clerical and PO, Specialist Officer’s recruitment have some additional requirements and it will change according to the posts available. No separate recruitment will be conducted for SBI and its Associate Banks. Notification itself provided whether the availability is for SBI itself or for their Associate Banks. There are a lot of categories in the main Specialist Officer (SO), Usually SBI notifies the vacancies for some of it, may be more, it is all up to the vacancies available.
